Kayla and I were out running our workout to get ready for the cross-country season. We were running at a nice steady pace before it was time to kick it up for the last part of our run. With 4 miles behind us already, we were feeling those running endorphins and lost in our own music. I felt a tap on my shoulder and looked over at Kayla pulling out one of my ear buds. She motioned with her head, and I looked in the direction she had indicated. There parked on the side of the road just ahead of us was a large white van with “Free Candy” painted on the side. Holy Fuck!!! This was our lucky day!
